Gluten free and dairy free
Ingredients
- Ground Bison
- Bacon
- Quinoa
- Celery
- Carrot
- Garlic
- Onion
- White wine
- Olive oil
- Cumin
- Honey
- Salt and pepper
Start
- Chop up veggies
- Sautee onion, garlic, celery, carrot in olive oil salt and pepper
- Add a dash of white wine
- Cook quinoa on the side
- When veggies are cooked, put to side and keep warm
- Cook bacon
- Crumble cooked bacon into bowl with veggies
- Cook ground Bison
- Add more salt and pepper, honey and cumin
- Mix all cooked food together
- Add as much quinoa as you would like, I like my plate to be heavy on the meat ;)
- Suggestion: serve with sautéed zucchini!
- Serve! Yum! So healthy!
