Baba Ganoush
Ingredients :
- Eggplants
- Yogurt
- Cashew Nut Butter
- Sesame Oil
- Olive Oil
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Paprika
- Salt & Pepper
Start:
- Roast eggplants and garlic in oven until soft
- Scoop out the eggplant meat and discard of the skin
- Put everything in the blander and pulse on low until all mixed together, not perfectly smooth
