Candida diet inspired, Keto and Whole 30 safe
Ingredients:
- Almond flour
- Coconut flour
- Egg
- Rosemary
- Garlic
- Salt & Pepper
Start:
- Mostly almond flour and a bit of coconut flour
- Crack egg
- Mix and maybe add a couple drops of water
- Flatten on a baking sheet
- Sprinkle in your favorite seasonings, I like rosemary in my crackers
- Bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes check color and texture, add more time until edges are golden brown.
