Grain Free overnight “oats”

Keto snack - Whole 30 - Candida Diet safe
Grain free overnight oats
Dairy free - gluten free - vegan

Ingredients:

  • Nut mylk - I made my own walnut mylk! http://mycookingisamazing.blogspot.com/2018/05/walnut-mylk-nut-milk.html
  • Chia seeds
  • Nuts of any kind 
  • Berries if your diet will allow
  • Salt
  • Stevia
  • Cocoa powder
  • Cinnamon 
  • Vanilla extract 
  • Coconut oil
  • Nut butter 

Start:
  1. I like to use mason jars with a top
  2. One scoop of coconut oil and one scoop of nut butter (almond and cashew are my favorites)
  3. Melt in microwave for a couple seconds 
  4. Pour in nut mylk 3/4 of the jar
  5. Couple scoops of chia seeds
  6. Small handful of berries and nuts - blueberries are easy, pomegranate seeds (arils) are amazing! I like walnuts, cashews, or pecans for the nuts
  7. A pinch of salt, stevia, cocoa powder, and cinnamon 
  8. Mix well
  9. Wait over night or a couple hours 
  10. Liquid will plump the nuts and the chia seeds will thicken mylk ;)
