Grain free overnight oats
Dairy free - gluten free - vegan
Ingredients:
- Nut mylk - I made my own walnut mylk! http://mycookingisamazing.blogspot.com/2018/05/walnut-mylk-nut-milk.html
- Chia seeds
- Nuts of any kind
- Berries if your diet will allow
- Salt
- Stevia
- Cocoa powder
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
- Coconut oil
- Nut butter
- I like to use mason jars with a top
- One scoop of coconut oil and one scoop of nut butter (almond and cashew are my favorites)
- Melt in microwave for a couple seconds
- Pour in nut mylk 3/4 of the jar
- Couple scoops of chia seeds
- Small handful of berries and nuts - blueberries are easy, pomegranate seeds (arils) are amazing! I like walnuts, cashews, or pecans for the nuts
- A pinch of salt, stevia, cocoa powder, and cinnamon
- Mix well
- Wait over night or a couple hours
- Liquid will plump the nuts and the chia seeds will thicken mylk ;)
