Walnut Mylk (Nut milk)

I made Walnut Mylk !
Whole 30 - Candida Diet Safe - Keto diet
Dairy Free - Vegan - Gluten free

It is so yum!

Ingredients:

  • Walnuts
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Vanilla
  • Cinnamon 

Start: 
  1. Soak Walnuts in water over night in fridge
  2. Rinse 
  3. Place in vitamix with a pinch of the other ingredients, Salt, vanilla, cinnamon
  4. Add water slowly, until it becomes your desired consistancy
  5. This time I made it thick and did not strain it, so it was extra yummy
